Now this is the top of the moment! A high neck, striped, open back and waist defining, what more could you honestly ask for!

It's pieces like these that really make putting together an outfit so damn easy. It's all about accentuating the neck this season from neckties to chokers - so why not incorporate it straight into a piece!

So simple that an all-leather look for the bottom and tousled hair made perfect sense.

The New York Public Library is one of my favourite places now to go in New York, and it was a cherry-on-top find that behind it is this gorgeous park with lots of seating and even  a little merry-go-round! It was the perfect location to meet up with one of my oldest (and most stylish) friends where we enjoyed donuts and ice coffee of course.

Well this was a real teaser of the Aussie summer to come! As much as I love the winter I have been ready to get out of the jeans and jumpers for the year, so I was very excited to pull out this cute simple dress I picked up in the states (finally a striped dress yay! which I also couldn't resist getting in black&white). It is honestly the perfect fit and is snug in all the right places.

Tote bags have been my total lifesaver this first year of uni where I just need something to chuck all my essentials in without being an overbearing bag itself. Honestly the best place to get cool quirky ones (like this ant one) is from art gallery shops! You can snag the coolest, most random things :)
