Here's the photo diary of my very first festival experience at Groovin the Moo! What a seriously crazy, long, muddy muddy day! So glad I opted for my trusty ankle boots, my heart really went out to those who wore white converse but thankfully it didn't rain!

I didn't intentionally wear all vintage but I've yet learned it's a sure fire way of making sure you don't run into someone wearing the exact same outfit as you. The camera really doesn't do the top I wore justice - it's this amazing piece from the 60's which picks up the light beautifully through its tinsel-like material. Thrifted pieces you also don't have be so careful with it, because you know they've already been lived in a little (or a lot) - perfect for GTM! Also took my favourite denim jacket for when it got a bit colder at night.

What's really great about festivals is people wear everything and anything (and even almost nothing at all), so if there's one place to be fashion adventurous, these are the places :)

To top off day we finished with an appropriate Oak's flavoured milk!

Apologies for the selfie célfie overload y'all but I just kept picturing any other person taking a picture and dropping my camera straight into the mud!

Heavy salt in the air, water extending the backyard, picking fresh strawberries...take me back! The last week in uni has been so busy - who got into my head that uni was going to be chilled! Luckily I have this photo evidence to remember the best of post-HSC life.

Here is where I started the year off settling comfortably back into my fresh balayage, boyfriend jeans and converse. Great shoes take you to great places they say! (Especially when your best friend is wearing them too)

Hope you're all doing fab and getting ready to start snuggling into oversized jumpers, scarves and beanies :)

Way back when

Vintage cardigan

Throwing all the way back to early 2010, fringing it out with layered locks that desperately needed cutting, wearing one of my very first and favourite vintage pieces. This item has winter written all over it - cosy, oversized and it's even a little sentimental.

Sportsgirl sunglasses
Swatch watch
Essie 'Lady like' nail polish

Let's face it guys the weather this week has not been suggesting any hints at winter at all. So sticking with the weather's mood swings and not with the actual season, here is a piece of summer in Mauritius and its hidden treasures!

Stay tuned, this is just the pool...
